Poor service

Good day, please assist as we bought a tv at incredible connections in Southgate, it costs R17999, and the insist that I take the one on display, I want a new one as I’m paying a reasonably a lot of money , I will not settle for anything less, I have been waiting for 3 weeks now for the tv, no communication or whatsoever, I keep calling the shop and their response are not satisfying, please help in this regards... their service is really poor I must admit
