Poor service

I do not even want to give them a star as I bought a laptop from them and then it crashed in 3 months. They took it in for repairs which was supposed to take 2-3 weeks, it took then 1 month and a half to fix. When I got it back the next day it crashed again!!!!! They are not communicating at all, I insisted on a new laptop, 3 weeks now and still waiting for someone to help?! Like honestly. Is this even how a business is supposed to treat customers? So disappointed. MANAGEMENT please contact me!!!!!!
