Poor Service

<p>I ordered online. Worst service ever. 4 people promised to get back to me, last one being Chantique on Friday 17 March at 16h00. Today is Sunday. Nothing yet. Lance at the call centre has got an attitude problem. Raises his voice to me and does not give me chance to speak. Notes on your system saying I will be reimbursed and that you contacted me.... please provide a recording of this cal as nobody phoned me since I placed the order. They "are in the process of reimbursing me", but where did they get my bankinh details???????? I want someone in a position of authority to call me.</p>
