Poor service

<p>Went to Colonnade branch in Pretoria to buy a kindle ereader, staff so busy chatting to each other and when I went to the product the staff members moved away from me, when I asked for assistance the staff member who helped me did not know how the reader worked and called another guy and he was not helpful at all. I walked out with no kindle and no customer satisfaction. Poor service and uninterested staff and unknowledgable about their products. Reflection of poor training.</p>
