Poor Service

I purchased a printer which did not work. I called and was told that I needed to return it to see what was wrong. I arrived to find the store closed on good Friday (even though their website said they'd be open and according to sandton city should have been open). I do not have time to go again but they cannot pick up the faulty printer that was sold to me. Will never set foot in this store again.
