Poor service

I am unhappy when I first took out the plan the somerset staff blatantly **** to informing that they will not deduct funds out of my account. I can pay it at any retailer that takes those kinda payments since day one been nightware I called you complaints and the lady refused to listen I got collection calls and I didn't even really start the account and then now I see I was charged additional fees on account this is horrible service and debit orders go off and I have to reverse them and pay for them this was not agreed upon and I will ensure that I make people aware of this horrible services and lies
