Poor service

Wanted to exchange a set of headphones that I got for Christmas at the Greenstone shop. The manager refused to exchange my unused product as the box had been opened. It was just opened for a look to see that it was not the right product. After this poor service I went to the branch at Mall of Africa, same shop, but much better service. The exchange my headphones and had a pleasant staff. Incredible connection Greenstone is terrible!
