Poor service

I am gutted by the lack of knowledge and the amount of inconsistencies at Incredible Connection. Price inconsistencies, incorrect diagnostics ,arrogant staff and poor knowledge is what I received. They claim they have a Tech experts that \ make technology work for you\" but in actual fact they cause more issues and provide incorrect diagnostics. My laptop was sent in for diagnostics and no reports was done. Each person told me different problems and they have no records of what was done. It seems like the manager did not have the appropriate knowledge and has to rely on the staff. Very disappointing and No professionalism. "
