Poor Service

Placed an online order *** the 6/1/2020. I Canceled order same day because I bought wrong item, I’ve sent series of emails asking them to cancel the order and refund me:

No response no nothing, i then chat with guys on the online chat website, they kept saying they don’t know what’s going refund will take 21 day to reflect...*sad*

This is poor customer service and shows that online shopping at makro does not wor
