POOR SERVICE

I went to buy a Samsung galaxy rose gold watch, witch they didn't have any stock, they had to order it from East gate in JHB. I wanted to pay the deposit for the watch because the promotion was until 6 September. I asked if I would still pay the promotion price when they get it, Masimela from incredible connection vaal mall promised said that I will still pay the promotion price. On 7 September I received a call to say that I can't get it for the promotion price. I spoke with the manager and all that he could say is "sorry"
