Poor sales advice

Enquired about SSD harddrive. Sale person Thabo represented that the warranty for a Samsung SSD was 1 year. And Sandisk is 2 years to secure sale. The difference is significant and when I enquired... the sales assistants said manager is not available

he system says 5 years and the manufacturer warranty is 3 years.
