Poor REPAIR service INCREDIBLE CONNECTION

On the 28th JAN 2021 I took a laptop in to repair under warranty at Incredible connection in Sandton mall . I have been following up since then but nobody has advised when iit will be repaired and ready.

This is very poor service . If they cannot fix it , then they must issue a refund
