Poor Poor Customer Service and false advertising

Do not order online for delivery. Incredible connect splits the orders even if no delivery charge is mentioned, they still charge you because the delivery is split with different couriers. Customer service is the worst. My complaint was escalated, and I received no communication within the 24 hours stated. Seems like they don't know what they are doing. Pepkor should relook at having Incredible Connection in their group. They are just bad for business.
