Poor online servive

I bought 2 x Gioteck VX-4 Wireless RF PS4 controls. The one gave me problems and I had to return it to Incredible Connection New Market. 40 km away. After assessment they say its faulty. They don't want to replace it. I must drive all the way back 40km to collect the money. I want a replacement not a refund. Customer care in not helpful (rude) This will be last time using their online business
