Poor online service at incredible connection

Don't bother using their online platform, I bought Samsung Galaxy buds and have yet to receive them, when you check with their support team they keep saying they'll send you a progress report but they don't, and claim to escalate the issue but nothing is being done. I've never seen such poor customer service
