POOR ONLINE SERVICE

I placed an order online. The order was delivered and it was the wrong item. I did not sign for it and sent it back. I needed the item urgently and now have to wait for the courier to return the incorrect stock before the new stock can be dispatched, so a delay of probably 48 hours, and because there will be a weekend in between, I will not get it until Monday or Tuesday. Do not order from Incredible online
