Poor online service

I placed an order on the 29th May 2020. Order number ***. Using the tracking says ordered recieved. But until today my order has not been processed or delivered. The call center number does not answer, emails is not responded to and the head office number on the website does not work. I did cancel the order today and woul like this matter to be settled urgently with my money paid back. I have already bought a new item at a competitor.
