Poor online ordering service
Poor delivery service .I've ordered 2 products over R2000 online and no communication on email for 6 days, not even an attempt was made to hand the product to the courier,when I phone,they say I must just wait it will come. I'm not even sure the products will reach me! They are very unprofessional, never use their online service. I've ordered on the 9th,until today no communication whatsoever, they are in in roslyn,U stay in witbank, surely it can't be that difficult to deliver to my house

16 Jan 2026, 10:08Ive been told on email my package should not reach me later than the 16th which is today,ive asked for a tracking numer and when I phone aramex they are not even aware of the package. Please all people be aware ,rather order stuff from the manufacturer directly, even the treatment you get in store is exactly the same,ive been in incredible witbank,cape town and got exactly the same poor service,and its no different online
