Poor, Lack Customer Service.. Armin from century city

On friday 18th my fiance and I went to incredible connection in Canal Walk to look for PS1 xbox 2k22....upon seeing it on the shelves we enquired if we could lay bye it and we were told yes we can. Unfortunately I did not take the sales person's name. I went on my own on Sunday the 20th to lay bye. I was assisted by a guy called Armin. I told him what I want and he said there is only one in store. Upon hearing that I was going to lay bye it, he said I cannot, even if I was to lay bye it if someone would come with the full amount the would sell to them. When I tried probe what he was saying he became defensive, was arguing with me IN STORE, he started to fire me with sarcasm....I really felt small but I pulled myself together ( having a degree in marketing and working in the customer service industry for more than 25 yrs) this was the worst service ever. I now had to make up a lame story to my son...as I could not come with proof that I've laybyed the game Armin mana
