Poor follow through on quotes

We wanted to buy a new laptop from Incredible Connection. We requested a quote and received a price and accepted that price and placed an order. When we arrived to collect the laptop the price was changed to almost double the quoted amount. We discussed our concern regarding the price with Menlyn Maine's Manager and he didn't want to sell the laptop at the quoted price. We requested to speak to the regional manager regarding this matter and he refused to give us the information. As a result we contacted Incredible Connection's service Centre and lodged a complaint. When we finally heard back from the regional manager he also refused to accommodate the original quote given. Clearly no concern for their customers.
