Poor dissatisfied service from the brand Incredible

Both online team and N1 City branch are both disappointing, I've ordered wireless earphones, received the wrong package and not one of them can assist (when am I getting my wireless earphones). All I'm hearing is they pushing the problem from one division to another but I made deals with the brand and not a division.

They F@# up my order now I get thrown around to sort the problem on my own.
