Poor Customer service - Reject Tablet received

Received a dud product! Brand new tablet screen has 2 bubbles in the screen due to poor manufacturing, the battery not charging correctly either. Customer service is non existent, keep getting emails they confirm getting my complaint but nothing is happening.
