Poor Customer Service - Lack of Service Delivery

Do not purchase dishwashers (or maybe anything) from Incredible online, they deliver brand new goods that are damaged, won't take responsibility and try put the blame on the delivery contractor. I also felt I was being blamed for the damage because I was asked if I unwrapped the unit.

We purchased a brand new dishwasher online, it was delivered on Monday, and because the delivery driver took so long to get to our house, I asked them to leave it in the kitchen and I would unwrap it when I got home later. After unwrapping it, we discovered cracks on the top, we WhatsApped them straight away. We finally heard back from them on Wednesday, confirming they are looking into the matter.

5 WhatsApp messages, 3 phonecalls and 12 emails later, the damaged unit is still has not been collected and replaced with a new unit and we are yet to hear back from them.

Please think twice before ordering anything from Incredible Connection or under the Pepkor Umbrella, they don't care much for customer care or service delivery.
