Poor Customer Service in N1 City Mall

I bought a TV from Incredible Connection in N1 City Mall, on the 29th of November from black Friday special, I was assisted by Matthew, still today I have not received it. They have been apologizing and coming up with excuses. I'm thinking of canceling it.
