POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I first called the Waterfall Mall branch looking for an Apple Watch, their service was bad and I went to the Ferndale branch and I paid for the Apple Watch. A week later no one had the time or care to call and give me an update and I kept calling and not getting help. I went back today to ask for a refund because it’s unacceptable being sold something and not given the product I paid for. I get there and I’m treated like it’s not my money I am asking for yet it’s my money that was kept there for nothing. I couldn’t even get my money, more stories….I am very disappointed with the service I have received from both branches. I should have just gone to Apple Store once !!!!!!🤬😡🤬

Even after requesting a refund, 3 days later I keep calling and I'm told "the manager is working on it" I Just want my money and move on.
