poor customer service

very poor service, i always bought from them and we went to the store on a Sunday to buy a TV and we there 3 mins before 3pm but they refused to help us, with covid 19 pa demic these guys dont need sales, the TV we wanted to purchased was R20k but they said sorry we can help you by the guy named Clive stating he was the manager, I will never support this store again I ended buying the Tv from game very poor customer service I feel they bluntly turn out a customer
