poor customer service

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this store, particularly with the team led by Lydia. After following up for over a month regarding an undelivered item, I received appalling customer service. The staff showed no sense of accountability, offered no apology, and were completely unhelpful throughout the process. I would strongly advise against using this store for any gadget purchases. The service was unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
