Poor customer service

I am so disappointed at ICs system. I purchased two tablets on the same day but they only delivered one mind you these come from the same factory. The system won’t allow me to track the second and when I call the customer service they telling they also can’t tell me where the second one is. This is really frustrating and absolutely ridiculous, the level of incompetence from their call centre makes it worse.
