Poor Customer Service and uneducated Staff

I am highly upset and disappointed with Incredible Connection. When purchasing a router from them, the sales person told me that the router that I bought has the functionality of Capping my guest network when in comes to bandwidth. This was not the case unfortunately (False Adverti*****t),

When i took router back they told me that there is a Handling charge (that was not explain to me) and that i will not be refunded the full amount

I am disgust at incredible connections at their service and how they **** there customer. I will be taking this up on Social Media Should i do not get the remaining money that they took from me unfairly.
