Poor customer service and false advertising
False advertising with regards to your delivery, 2-5 working days nothings is done I have to waste my airtime calling a call center were your agents lack urgency and are very unprofessional. You keep sending me messages that the order is on its way till today order placed 02-02-2026 .... I have never been this frustrated before..bring my order 😤

11 Feb 2026, 15:41Incredible connection you are a **** a serious 1 - my order is supposed to be deliverd in boksburg and some how itsin bloemfontein .. imagine a whole shift in provice - your customer service call centre is wack - they have no sense of urgency .i will never ever use your service again - ****ED
