POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a Samsung A03 phone at Sandton city incredible connections on the 19 / 12/2022 and the phone only worked for a month and it started not connecting to WiFi, I took it back to store and the technician saw that indeed it has a problem so fine they booked it in, The phone came and they said that it was a software update but the problem continued till to today,

And the phone has been send for repairs three times now and they don't want to refund me my money back the store manager doesn't even want to talk to me they are sending the poor technician lady to sort the problem out.
