Poor Customer Service

I bought a laptop at Incredible connections online and when I got to the shop to collect it, I decided to return it and asked for a refund because I was not happy with it. I returned it on the 30th January 2020 but to this day I'm still waiting for my money. Initially they told me it was gonna take 3-7 days and then I went to them on the 7th day and they said it takes 7-10 days, now it's the 11th day and still nothing.

I'm very frustrated right now because I have to buy another laptop but I can't because they are still holding my money and have missed out on many February deals. I'm wondering if they are a financial service provider to keep my money for so long...
