Poor customer service

Today I visited the Incredible Connection branch in Rustenburg Waterfall Mall, to buy a Huawei pocket router ,I was told to wait 10 minutes for them to open their volt where it was kept, after 10 minutes the salesman brought a router that wasn't the one that I requested, on telling him it isn't the one I want he said that they don't have in stocks.The salesman suggested that I shop around at other shops quite disgusted by his poor salesmanship but ask the salesman if it wasn't available at any of their any branches but he wasn't happy with my request, and because of his attitude I told him that I could see he is really tired and need a rest but looking around we were only 2 possible customers in the shop and 4 sales persons ,what a poor adverti*****t for Incredible Connection, Rustenburg branch sales staff is the poorest I have seen
