POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I'm not happy with the service i received from the online team,i requested a refund from the 04/04/2023 up to date i have not received it.i spoke to phumzile mhlanga who requested a refund for me and gave me a ref number ,i phoned to follow up spoke to a lady named precious who refused to give me her last name and told me they still waiting ,again i phoned on the 17tyh spoke to thabang who told me i will get my refund within 7-14 working days fine no problem,now today i received a call from katleho kadimeng who spoke like shes asleep or bored at work i don't know what washer story that one.she says i must take the item to southgate i'm like which item are you talking about because I'm waiting for my money to be refund back and forth i asked to speak to the manager she asked me for what,which i found rude for her to keep me on hold for more than 15min and then she hanged up(i'm not sure how the staff is trained there please look into that)................phoned again and got thabang who told me speaking to the manager wont help with anything im so annoyed and i would never recommend anyone to purchase from you guys if this is how customer service works its very poor POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
