Poor customer service

Used to love Incredible Connection but ever since the unresponsive return help desk I nolonger want to see myself or refer anyone to po it purchase from the store my money gone to waste because they can't help me with returning faulty Power Bank which didn't last a month all 4 power banks same problem but they suggested it is my issue without even trying to investigate the model if it had manufacturer fault can't be all four of my PowerBanks due in a similar fashion within a month but anyway I know now buying from them it will be a waste of money
