Poor customer service.

Im not happy with Incredible connection at Springs mall, i went to collect the laptop on saturday which has been paid for via eft. When i got there i was told they cant assist me because the finance department doesnt work on weekends meaning they cant verify the proof of payment. Today i get here still they cant assist me because the office closed at 16:00 but i emailed the proof of payment on saturday so they could verify first thing in the morning as i was promised so.
