POOR Customer Service

Brought a laptop (still under warranty) to Incredible Connection N1 City end August for repairs. Received no updates, phoned weekly to be told laptop was being worked on and received by the technician 2 weeks later, 1.5 weeks went by still no news, phone again, laptop hasn't been touched, I have to pay for the fixture. So more than a month later, I had no feedback, lies, confusing information and a laptop returned without repair. An absolute waste of time and pathetic service.
