Poor customer service

I just phone incredible connections to this morning to inquire about the account and application, their call agent by the name of sithembinkosi rudely answered the phone and wanted to cut me before I could explain my query i had to stop her to say listen to my query before you cut, now after every question i was asking her she answered she doesn't know until i had to drop the call without being assisted, i have never come across with such unprofessional and poor phone ethics am not even assisted right now
