Poor Customer service

The service is simply atrocious. Waited for 10 mind for a sales assistant and no one still came at the PE Walmer Park store. Lodged a complaint on their website and guess what!!!! Their customer service is the same as their in-store service. 3 weeks and no reponse from them.
