Poor customer service

Mall of Africa- phone rings , no one answers and when they do I get bumped and transferred from person to person after 10 minutes. My new 2 month old laptop went in for repair and 3 weeks later of constantly chasing up I'm told Asus is still waiting for parts. This is not acceptable.
