Poor customer service

Wish i could give 0.went into store to enquire about upgrade yhe useless sales person who was too busy on her phone comes back and says no. I ask for manager Innocent whose just ad useless and he says she asked me and i thought u were asking about adding on... Dunno what that means. I am disgusted at service i received at store
