Poor customer service

I bought a TV this weekend ( #BlackFriday special), the process was easy but after sales is very back. I can't get hold of them to find out what is happening with my order. I tried calling them but my call gets cut before I can speak to anyone, I even sent them a message on twitter but they don't respond and I have already paid. their service is bad
