Poor customer service

I ordered playstation 5 on the 30th November and they said it takes 2-5 days to deliver and every day i check it says ready yo pick up from the first until the 4th then today i received an sms around 10 am saying that my parcel is out for delivery today then around 12am i checked incredible connection website i says parcel at courier facility then i called customer care they lodge a complaint and i asked them do they deliver after 5 she said yes and proceed to say even 6,7,8,9 and 10 because it was black friday few days ago . Abd they don't even give you courier tracking link.
