POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I made an online purchase on 11 Feb which was partially delivered. I still have not receive my complete order. I had to call them on Monday and the response was that my delivery is not scheduled for delivery and they put in complaint and also said someone is going to call back in 24hrs(did not happen).I called today and apparently they escalated today after my call.I cannot believe anything they say! I do not have a problem with fairly late orders but I DO HAVE A PROBLEM WHEN COOMPANIES DO NO COMMUNICATE !SHOULD CALL AFTER YOU?YOUR COMMUNICATION SKILLS IS POOR!
