Poor communication for online order

I ordered a router online from the Newcastle store on the 6th of August. Today is the 28th of August, I haven't received this order and I have subsequently cancelled it. I was not made aware as to why the product was delayed - poor communication hence 1 star.

Still waiting for confirmation of getting my money back.
