Poor Communication and Delivery Failure

purchased a TV from Incredible Connection on 27 November. During the purchase, I clearly requested that the delivery be scheduled for weekends only, as I am not available during the week.

Despite my instructions, I continue to receive calls from the delivery team trying to deliver during the week, and not once has my weekend availability been respected. It has now been over two weeks, and I still have not received my TV or proper communication regarding when it will actually be delivered.

I have contacted Incredible Connection multiple times to remind them of my delivery requirements, but nothing has been resolved. This level of service is extremely disappointing and inconvenient.
