Poor Cell Phone Insurance by Incredible Connection

Complaint Cell Phone Insurance: a. Misled by Incredible Connection that its a 2 year once off payment. They ******* me into a one year policy. b. They said ZERO EXCESS. Only on damaged claims and that they have the right to replace at which point you pay an excess of 10% c. They Claim 5 days to settle claims for replacement. Its now 29 days. d. They insist on an affidavit for damaged phones. I can appreciate an affidavit for ****** phones but damaged phones in you possession. Its more time consuming and frustrating. e. Poor attitude and customer service of staff at Abacus

I do not recommend using this company, rather insure with a reputable insurance company. Disappointed with Incredible Connection and Abacus both.
