Poor Business Practices

Well today on facebook I saw a 4TB SEAGATE 2.5" portable drive for a price of R1199,99 being it a good deal i try to purchase online only to find out the price is R1499,99 so i chat on the incredible connection site to a Brandon who keeps sending me a link with a price of R1499 , i sent a screenshot still no help and Brandon just left the chat,so i try facebook ,i ask about the special and i sent them a screenshot of it , the person replying to the social media msgs replies they sold out and was only specific colours but according to my screenshot image all 4 colours where advertised for R1199 and then they sent me a link of a 1TB hard drive for R499 which i was not interested in ,then blocks me from all social media posts just for querying about a product which they did have instock but **** and blocked me , is this how this business operate ,hide the truth from the customers ... Im not sure who handles there facebook posts but they need better training to assist customers ... i will be waiting to hear your excuses...
