Poor attitude and lack of client

Incredible Connevtion have mo service agents for all products sold in Port Elizabeth. Purchased a Tp link Tapo C500 security camera on 30 June 2025 It stopped working and took it back to Incredible Connection on 19.08.2025 enquired today as to when i will get my security camera back. Was told that it is in JHB and dont know when it will be returned. My security has been breached. No replacement was offered. I will never in my life support this supplier again.
