Poor and Pathetic Customer Service at Incredible Connections in Greenstone Mall

I bought a printer for just over R2000.00 in October 2019. In July 2020 the printer was malfunctioning, then I took it for repair to the shop where I had bought it, in Greenstone mall. When I fetched it after repair, the problem is still, then I took it back and asked for my refund, they are refusing to give me back my money, as I have not been having a printer since the beginning of July 2020
